Maruf will make an excellent field engineer. He has over two years’ experience in the field on residential mixed use projects to 8 stories in the field. Extremely detailed by nature, his engineering side, Maruf’s experience helped him develop the soft skills to be successful in the field in construction. He was able to clearly articulate the responsibility of a field engineer and how he supported the Superintendents with solving design challenges, documenting, eyes and ears with the trades and what ever it took in the field. He has a particular interest in concrete and steel and quite a bit of civil and land planning experience as the company also did land development. He is open to relocate anywhere in the continental US.
