YOUR PART IN THE TEAM
You are the creative lead for the marketing department supporting our career matchmaking team. You report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager. What will you be doing?
- Create graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and execute content through multiple channels with data-based strategies.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Ops to create a social media calendar.
- Develop and curate social media content around industry relevance to audience and direct to company sales initiatives.
- Optimize content for different channels for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
