Job Overview:

This individual will be responsible for managing the construction workflow for the entire life cycle of the project. They will also be ensuring that all proper administration of construction contracts, necessary permits, and licenses are obtained and following the specified regulations. The Project Manager will be overseeing the project worksite and preparing cost estimates and proposals. This will require effective communications with the owner, the design professionals, and their team on the project.

The Project Manager will require at least 5 years of construction experience, and a construction-related bachelor’s degree is preferred. Computer knowledge and proficiency with Excel are required, as the ability to perform calculations and utilize basic formulas will be essential to the role. Safety credentials including First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 30 are a major plus. The selected applicant will have the ability to deal with stressful situations in a thoughtful and calm manner, to ensure the project stays on the path to successful completion.

The right candidate will be able to make judgments based on situational analysis and implement the necessary changes to achieve the project goals aligned with the company’s mission. Preserving the objectives of quality, schedule, and price, they will be able to satisfy the client’s needs by maintaining a proactive view and creating transparency with the progress and plans agreed upon.
