Title: Construction Project Manager – Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

At least 5 years of experience in Hospital Construction/Renovations, working with a General Contractor and involving all aspects of the project.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Ensures organization and discipline by maintaining comprehensive monthly reports.
Leads Project Team Meetings with Owner’s representatives and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, managing schedules, distributing project reports and logs, and addressing current issues, potential problems, and delays.
Drives continuous team improvement, and makes sound, analytical decisions that align with the Company’s principles, fostering long-term growth and financial health
Proficiently uses Trimble Construction, Primavera P6, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other software for consistent project management.
CQM-C & OSHA 30 Certifications required
