Title: Construction Project Executive – Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To leverage your expertise in ultra-luxury residential and oversee estate home projects on Palm Beach Island?
- To manage both ground-up and estate renovation projects from concept to completion?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience managing Luxury Residential projects starting at $5M+ in the United States, preferably within SE Florida
- Managed several luxury projects from the ground-up to close-out
- A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of successful projects and accountability
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000
- Health, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance, PTO
