YOU MUST HAVE

Exemplary professional presence with the composure and discretion required to support high-level executives
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in construction or real estate development
The ability to manage tasks and time effectively and efficiently
Strong computer skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple calendars
Discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity in handling various matters
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Manage C-suite calendars, prioritize tasks, and schedule meetings efficiently
Prepare for executive meetings, gather materials, and draft agendas
Occasionally deliver documents/packages for executive team to clients.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Provide administrative assistance to the Executive team
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned, including document management and communication support
