Construction Superintendent

Title: Construction Manager – Ultra Luxury Residential (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU HAVE

• Experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent on luxury residential projects $1,000 per square foot or higher?
  

• An eye for detail?
  

• Formalized construction software experience such as Procore?
  

• A 4-year degree? (Not required but is a plus)
  

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• A Construction Management Firm specializing in new Luxury Residential and Luxury Commercial Construction, as well as renovation and additions work on the Residential side.
  

• Occasional Historical Renovation Projects.
  

COMPENSATION

• Base salary up to $150,000+ (commensurate with experience).
  

• Project bonus and scheduled annual reviews with compensation review.
