Title: Construction Superintendent – Stone and Marble (Miami, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Experience managing projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side.
• Thorough comprehension of Florida Building Codes to guarantee on-site installation compliance.
• Monitor daily productivity and troubleshoot installation issues across all sites.
• Recruit and train team members, focusing on skill development and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with general contractor superintendents throughout project delivery.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese is preferred. However, seniority in the field may compensate for language skills.

  COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
