Title: Corporate In-House Architect (S.E., FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To work out of South Palm Beach or Miami office
- To work on Mixed Use Office Towers and Campus projects nationally
- Work alongside ownership to design and oversee the 3rd party architectural consultants for Interior (common area) and Exterior Repositioning/Upgrades
- Work with Construction Team and in-house Interior Designer to deliver projects
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience working on Corporate Office Building Projects
- Licensed Architect is preferred – will assist to get licensed
- Architectural bachelor’s degree required
- An established national owner-operator and developer of commercial real estate.
- With this role comes the opportunity for advancement into a leadership role, as a head a department once the portfolio needs additional architectural staff to support the project demands.
- Annual performance review, competitive salary with cost of living adjustments
COMPENSATION
- Compensation first year starting $130,000-150,000
- Up to 20% annual bonus
