Construction Tenant Coordinator

The Company of Hire is a leading owner-operator and developer of vertically integrated commercial real estate all throughout the Southern United States. Active in the commercial real estate business for many years, they have established a reputation as an outstanding owner, operator, and developer of office and mixed-use projects.

The Tenant Coordinator works in a team environment with Leasing, Design Consultants and Project Managers. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with AutoCAD design and design revisions to expedite and solidify project design.

The Tenant Coordinator will be responsible for assigned special projects, providing oversight of contract administration and associated consultants, tenant coordination of assigned properties, and design review through tenant construction as well as assist Project Managers with construction administration and communication with project consultants. The Tenant Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and coordinating drawings, and maintaining the most recent design documents.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong initiative and an ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents. Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and prioritizing workloads is required to perform this job. It is preferable if the individual has previous experience in tenant improvement and/or project management. Persons with an architectural design background in construction and development, or someone who would like to move into the industry, would also be favorable.
