Title: Construction Sr. Superintendent – Multifamily (Miami, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To manage a ground-up high-rise project to close out?
- To provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience leading a field team of 2 or more for a multifamily CM/GC firm
- Experience on ground-up construction projects preferred
- Experience on a phased master plan projects a plus
- Ability to work with and manage subcontractors
- A strong technical understanding of construction management, architectural design and engineering
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- A full-service General Contractor specializing in Multifamily, Condominium and Hotel projects
CAREER PATH
- This is a position offering stability, annual performance reviews, and the opportunity to lead other similar projects or larger projects with growth.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000
- Benefits: auto allowance, full benefits, bonus, annual performance reviews
