DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Previous construction related experience with at least 10 years in project management and supervisory roles with a preference for experience in-luxury mid-rise and high-rise projects
Proven ability to organize, plan, and take ownership of all project aspects and tasks
Well-versed in owner/contractor agreements and their implications
Skilled in reviewing monthly reports for accurate financial reporting and budget compliance.
You are a results-driven project manager with strong communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
Proven track record of successful project delivery and accountability

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
