Specializing in Luxury Multi-family and mixed-use rental projects, it is known for its reputation of developing and operating superior rental apartments. Using a team approach, this company caters to the client’s interests by managing all activities in an organized and systematic fashion to ensure that they may focus on the dynamic aspects of the project.

Job Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will allocate resources in an effective manner with the goal of delivering a project within budget and on schedule. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of all trade contractors and ensuring that the proper administration of construction contracts, permits, and licenses are within the established regulations. The Senior Project Manager will also report to the prospective owners and architects with progress updates as well as any modifications necessary to achieve completion. In addition, this individual will be supervising assistant managers by reviewing their reports, investigating challenges that may arise, and correcting safety violations throughout the life of the project.

This role will require experience on projects of $30 million and above, as well as 5+ years of construction experience. The Senior Project Manager is preferred to have a construction-related bachelor’s degree and computer proficiency with Sage 300 and Procore. The qualified candidate will have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, building codes, specifications, and regulations. Computer and Excel skills will be expected to utilize basic formulas for spreadsheets.
