Title: Construction Project Manager (West Palm Beach, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To live and work in Palm Beach County to Martin County, FL
- To have a steady pipeline of custom home projects
- To manage on both ground-up and renovation projects
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience as a Project Manager with at least two (2) completed Luxury Residential projects starting at $10M+.
- Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction managing multiple projects at a time a plus
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture a preferred
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing multiple projects at a time depending on the size and scope of the projects
- Management and Communications between all stakeholders for your projects
- Successfully delivering your assigned projects within the contractual agreement with owner
