Title: Construction Project Manager – Institutional K-12 (Miami, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To manage a ground-up K-12 Public School project in Miami-Dade County?

YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience managing K-12 School Projects, or similar active institutional projects
- Knowledge of public facilities and familiarity with Florida School Code requirements a plus
ABOUT THE COMPANY
- An established General Contracting firm that specializes in ground-up and renovation Commercial projects
CAREER PATH
- The option to continue with school projects or transition to commercial division

COMPENSATION
- Up to $120K base salary and annual bonus
