Job Overview:

The Multi-Family Development and Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the management of projects in all capacities including monitoring tasks and assignments, managing time and resources, and establishing courses of action to ensure that work is completed according to specifications. The individual in this role will also need to work effectively with others and be able to maintain good working relationships with their associates. It is essential that the Project Manager be sensitive to observations as they will be expected to identify issues that could deter the project schedule.

The qualifications necessary to fill this position will encompass experience within all phases of the construction process, a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a construction-related field, computer literacy, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications such as Procore and Microsoft Suite.

In addition to these qualifications, we are seeking a Project Manager with good English oral and written communication skills, and preferably Spanish as well. They must be able to multi-task and work under pressure or tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to maintain professionalism regardless of challenging situations.
