Title: Construction Project Manager – Healthcare (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To live and work near Fort Lauderdale, Florida?
- To start on a Gut & Remodel project in an existing and active hospital?
- Continuing pipeline of projects in the $10-20M in existing and active hospitals in the greater Broward County area?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience on Healthcare Projects $10M+
- Already living or the ability to relocate to the Broward County area
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret various construction-related documents; i.e., Blueprints, Bid
CAREER PATH:
- Annual performance review within 30 days of your anniversary

ABOUT THE COMPANY
- An established national construction firm specializing in design-build healthcare and Biomedical General Contracting projects, both private and government
- M-F work schedule; no weekends, occasional evenings
