Title: Construction Mechanical Project Manager (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Extensive background in mechanical project management or related roles. This includes experience supervising project teams with HVAC systems, plumbing, or other mechanical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in addressing technical issues and managing project changes.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools) for planning, scheduling and tracking project progress.
- Familiarity with mechanical codes and industry standards, such as ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) guidelines and local building codes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage internal resources and external vendors to execute projects effectively.
- Ensure resource availability, develop detailed project plans, and handle all project documentation and procurement.
- Track project performance, manage scope changes, and report issues or questions to the president.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
