Title: Construction Lead Superintendent – Healthcare (Norfolk, VA)
DO YOU WANT
- To live and work near Norfolk, Virginia?
- To start on a Ground-Up Hospital project?
- Continuing pipeline of projects in the $10-20M in existing and active hospitals in the greater Norfolk area?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience being the Lead Superintendent on Healthcare Projects $10M+
- Already living or the ability to relocate to Norfolk, VA
- Experience as the lead on large commercial projects is a plus
- OSHA-30 certified is a plus
CAREER PATH
- Annual performance review within 30 days of your anniversary
- Continue to grow into General Superintendent of Norfolk region and opportunity to gain responsibility on larger projects

- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
