Construction Lead Project Superintendent

Title: Construction Lead Project Superintendent – Multi-family Wood-Frame (Orlando, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To Live and work in the Greater Orlando, FL area
• To work for an established company and same site for up to five years
• Work with an onsite project team including PM, APM, You as Lead Superintendent and two Area Superintendents

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience leading a field team of 2 or more direct reports for a Multi-family CM/GC firm.
• Experience with Wood Frame Construction preferably in Florida
• Experience on phased master plan projects a plus 600+ units
• Excellent Leadership, reporting and communication skills.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Reporting to the Director of Construction for Florida and working collaboratively with the Project Management team you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day field operations for the project(s) you are assigned to inclusive of safety and adherence to schedule, quality, and budget parameters set forth in project contractual obligations and by executive leadership.
• Assisting in hiring field support team members and the leadership and training of those team members on the jobsite including participation in reviews and if necessary disciplinary action.
• Daily reporting, look-ahead, OAC and subcontractor meeting participation, scheduling, and may include assistance with scope review, buyout, direct RFI responses and other requested documentation and communication as it relates to building successful projects.
• Your first project will be in Kissimmee, FL
