A passion for preconstruction services within the construction industry
The ability to interact with sub-contractors and provide them with scope of work and feedback
Recent experience Surveying and Quantifying materials/assemblies from drawings
Experience with construction estimating and take-off software
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture a plus
