What Does Your Score Mean?

Your score indicate a strong foundation for having a positive attitude at work, and improvements may be made by tweaking specific situations or circumstances. This exercise should serve as a reminder to be consistently positive and upbeat. Having a positive attitude at work can help you get a promotion, succeed on projects, meet goals, and just generally enjoy your job more.

Your score indicate a need for immediate attention, including first and foremost whether the job you have is the right job and whether you are totally committed to the overall success of the organization as well as your own success.  A positive or negative attitude affects how you approach your job, and attitudes can have a ripple effect on those around you. Remember, a positive attitude have a positive impact on productivity, while the reverse is also true.

Anybody who does NOT score a minimum 100 should NOT be in a Management role or any customer facing role.
Always remember it takes more muscles to frown than to smile so just KEEP smiling.
    Have a nice day.
    Tony
