ROLE MISSION

This position is the key support to the Career Matchmaker Department and the CEO of the company, helping to generate new business and support current business through virtual and actual client and candidate development, tracking, reporting and interaction, along with involvement in projects related to this area of the company.

ROLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Manage the candidate process in the pipeline from packaged stage to placed stage.
  • Manage Candidate Packaged Lists for the Career Matchmakers.
  • Prepare and manage candidate packaging in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain Candidate profiles in CRM and server through the package process.
  • Assist with production spreadsheets.
  • Execute correspondence and mailings as needed including necessary follow-ups.
  • Attend weekly staff and administrative meetings, as well as special events.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for Candidates during the interview process.
  • Schedule tasks for Honeymoon stage (24hr, 7, 30, 60, 90 day) follow up for CMs.
  • Communicate production status in weekly AHOD meetings.
  • Schedule tasks for CMs to follow up on packaged candidates.
  • Add all candidates to CEO contacts and company database.
  • Confirm scheduled interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate offer letter acceptance / decline communication with candidates.
  • Process placed candidates for internal documentation.
