Job Description: The Contract Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Project Managers in all administrative duties from the beginning of the construction project through the close out process. Issuing the contracts to the sub-contractors and purchase orders for materials as needed. The administrator interfaces with the Superintendents and the clients along with Accounting Dept. to maintain correct input of the costs that reflect accurate job costing. The Administrator is responsible for inputting information into the client and company required software systems.
