Title: Construction Superintendent – Luxury Residential (Jupiter, FL)
DO YOU WANT
- To build unique and complex ground-up luxury custom home projects?
- The autonomy to lead a team and own a project’s success while still having collaborative support?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience managing residential projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour and CPR certification is a plus
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Site supervision and safety
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Scheduling subcontractors and ensuring quality of work

- A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions
COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $140,000 – $160,000
