Title: Construction Manager – Luxury Residential (Ocala, FL)

DO YOU WANT

To manage all aspects of construction and development of luxury residential homes $5M+?

YOU MUST HAVE

Managed several ground-up residential projects with an accompanying project portfolio/list
Thorough understanding of current residential building codes
Experience with current residential construction methods and framing assemblies
Proficiency in blueprint and design interpretation, demonstrating exceptional comprehension abilities
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Organizing and managing teams to ensure timely completion of construction projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and stakeholders, coordinating with specialists, and conducting regular client meetings to manage project scope and budget.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, implementing strategic plans, and optimizing daily operations to ensure project efficiency and successful delivery
